“Our hot water heater died on friday befaore a 3 day holiday. The owner of Pro line, dave, came out on saturday and diagnoed the problem. He went above and beyond in contacting the manufacturer and obtaining the part under warranty (we were within 3 days of expiring). Pro Line gave us excellent service, having the part shipped overnight and installing it for a very reasonable charge. We are extremely pleased with the service we received and have scheduled other work with Pro Line in the near future. Pro Line is fare, honest and extremely dependable.

I felt very comfortable letting him in my house, which is really imortant to me being a single home owner. the problem was my water heater was not working correctly so i wasn’t consistantly getting hot water, he had the part on the spot and fixed the problem very quickly. “Great experience, had two other companies out to my home over the last two summers for the same a/c problem. The first company wanted to just sell me a new air conditioner, the second company said it would be very expensive to fix and should just replace. Called Pro Line Mechanical for a third opinion and boy am i thankful i did, the technician chris came out and diagnosed the real problem of a malfuntioning TXV control valve and that the system was over charged. the cost of the repair was expensive but understandable due to the extensive work that had to be done. We are so happy that we didn’t have to buy a new a/c system. And I will recommend you to all my associates. Thanks again for your help.Centennial, CO.

“Needed a new furnace in my home, called three differant companies for an furnace quote. The second quote was given by dave a technician from Pro Line and was i impressed, He put shoe covers on before entering my home and he treated me and my home with respect and care. We decided to have them do the furnace replacement for us and we are very pleased with our choice. Not only did they do an oustanding and clean job for us, but the inspector for the city permit inspection was impressed passing it on the first inspection with no corrections. We will be calling Pro Line for our new A/C this summer. Westminster CO.
